Revealed possible details of Fantastic Beasts 2

The return of the magizoologist Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) to the big screen is expected in 2018.

After Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them has collected more than 685 million dollars at world box offices, the potterheads started to look forward to the release of the next episode – J.K. Rowling has confirmed that there will be five parts in total – as the second one is scheduled for 2018. At the second step of the series, we may see Oscar winner Eddie Redmayne as the Hufflepuff magician, Newt Scamander, who, according to information collected by The Leaky Cauldron, will be reunited with his old love, Leta Lestrange, played by the actress Zoe Kravitz.

Supposedly, there is still no official confirmation from J.K. Rowling or Warner Bros., Fantastic Beasts 2 will be set two years after the first part and will be lived in the UK, where we probably see the young Albus Dumbledore. Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) has already published his book of Fantastic Creatures and, at the same time, tries to break once and for all his relationship with Leta Lestrange (Zoe Kravitz). It will not be an easy task, because she appears again and again by order of Dumbledore so that Newt helps him to defeat Gellert Grindelwald.

The synopsis is rather brief. However, we do know thanks to the British author that the character of Leta Lestrange will gain more prominence, especially due to her past with Newt. Will she and Auror Tina Goldstein (Katherine Waterston) get to know and like each other? Remember that in the first part we only see Leta through a photograph and that is when Queenie (Alison Sudol), the sister of Tina, who reveals almost all the details we know about Leta with her power of legilimency. Why does Dumbledore need the magician’s help to kill Grindelwald? Want to know more about Obscurus? Until we figure these out, remember the trailer for the first part of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.
